Kalendář 2025 – Tatra Register UK Hythe

    Již mnoho let zaznamenávám tatrovácké dění v zahraničí. Není tedy až tak překvapivé, že jsem letos v červenci zavítal na sraz tatrovek britského klubu Tatra Register UK, který se konal v červenci 2024 na pobřeží Severního moře v Hythe, na anglické straně kanálu La Manche. Zdánlivě podle počtu čtyřech vozů Tatra by se mohlo zdát, že šlo o malé setkání, ale nebylo tomu tak. Sešlo se zde mnoho přátel z Británie, Holandska a Německa, ale mnozí účastníci nechali své automobily doma. Na této akci jsem prioritně fotografoval analogovým měchovým fotoaparátem na velké negativy 13 x 18 cm (5 x 7“), který před deseti lety sestrojil můj bratr Miloš. Snímky z tohoto přístroje mají velmi autentickou atmosféru. Přesto některé záběry použité v kalendáři pochází i z mého digitálního fotoaparátu. Můžete zkusit uhodnout, které snímky jsou dílem klasické nebo digitální technologie.

    For many years now, I have been recording the happenings around Tatra passenger cars all over the world. So it is not surprising that this July I attended the meeting of the British club Tatra Register UK, which took place on the North Sea coast in Hythe, on the English side of the English Channel. Based on the number of four Tatra cars, one might get the impression that it was a small meeting, but it was not. Many friends from Britain, Holland and Germany gathered here, but many participants left their cars at home. At this event, I mainly photographed with a classic analog camera for large negatives 13 x 18 cm (5 x 7″), which my brother Miloš built ten years ago. Images from this device have a very authentic atmosphere. Nevertheless, some of the shots used in the calendar also come from my digital camera. You can try to guess which images are the work of classic or digital technology.
